This is a Pre-Order, This means when this pre-order is over, it will take 2 weeks for our manufacturer to make and ship these chains to our warehouse. After this it may take an additional 1-2 weeks for your chain to get to you after we ship them out.
Refunds will only be able to take place after you have received your item, it can not take place during the manufacturing and shipping time. Once you have received your item you can be eligible for a refund if your item may be damaged or the wrong size, read out refund policy for more info.
